We think it’s unfair for our customers  to pay for a whole hour even if the job takes 15 mins. That’s why we only bill you for labour in 15 minute increments.

We never carry out any repairs without your permission. If we happen to find any parts that need to be replaced, we call you to let you know the full breakdown on the additional work.
